Data editor

Edit your whole board game collection in a spreadsheet-like table: bulk edits, folders, storage location, custom columns and CSV export.

This is an Enthusiast feature. Enthusiast is pay what you want, even nothing. See Account types.

The data editor shows your whole collection as one table, one row per copy. It is built for large collections and for anyone who likes a spreadsheet.

Open it from My Account > Data Editor in the main menu.

Browse your collection

• Sort by any column, and filter columns with the filter menu in each header.
• Drag and drop columns to reorder them.
• Use fullscreen to see more rows at once.

Edit copies

Select a cell to edit it. These fields are yours to change for each copy:

• Language: the language of the rules and components.
• Folders: the folders the copy is in.
• Notes: remarks about this copy.
• Location: where you store this copy.

Edited rows are kept until you save. Select the save button to save all changed rows at once.

Bulk edits

Tick rows, or use Select all, to change many copies at once:

• Set location for all selected copies. Leave it empty to clear it.
• Add to folder, or create a New folder for them.
• Remove from folder, or Clear all folders.

Choose columns

Open Columns to show or hide fields, such as player counts, playtime, complexity and game type. Each field has a description of what it holds.

Give a field an Alias to rename its column. The alias is also used in the export.

Export as CSV

Select Export as CSV to download the table with the columns you have chosen, in their order and with your aliases.
